China Yacht is still in its infancy, and first-tier cities such as Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing are developing well. At present, only Xiamen in Fujian Province has a better atmosphere, and Wuyuan Bay is steadily developing, and Fuzhou is slightly inferior.      

In the view of the chairman, what Fuzhou lacks is not consumer purchasing power, but poor infrastructure. He said that yacht parking requires special berths, reasonable design of pontoons and other facilities and equipment to meet water, electricity, sewage and fuel supply, and provide professionals with maintenance and repair services to provide a safe and reliable parking space for yachts.

The new site will be implemented in two phases, and the Ellegg plant is expected to be relocated next year.            

Speaking of the industrial blueprint for the new site of Ellegg, the chairman swayed : This land is close to the beautiful Pinghai Bay. In the future , a tourism company will be established here to consider the development of industrial tourism and other projects. Immediately after relocating to the new site, we can co-organize a largest yacht-related product research and development center with a European professional organization to strive for cooperation with more European and American manufacturers. Cooperate with colleges and universities to design a yacht professional course, consider introducing the Italian yacht college model to the country, and strive to cultivate a lot of yacht talents that are currently in short supply in China.
