A few days ago, Xiamen Maritime Safety Bureau organized Xiamen Municipal People's Congress representatives, CPPCC members to Wuyuanwan Yacht and sailing Port research, on the proposal of the representatives involved in Xiamen yacht related policies, regulations, yacht club access and management, yacht activities area and route demarcation and other three aspects of communication with the representatives and members.
In response to the three issues concerned by the representatives, the Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration actively responded: for yacht-related policies and regulations, the Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration implemented first and first trials, fought for preferential policies, and promoted local legislation; In the yacht club access and management, the implementation of reporting management; In the delineation of yacht activity waters and routes, scientific planning and orderly management are implemented, and the investigation and development of activity waters are gradually opened up.
It is reported that the Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration is actively investigating and starting to formulate the "Special Provisions for yacht activities in the waters under the jurisdiction of the Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration (Trial)", considering the conditional opening or gradual opening of the western sea area for yachts.
