China Classification Society (CCS) and the Greek ESYD certification body conducted a simulated audit of the Elleague Yacht Quality Management System from November 25 to 26.
China Classification Society (CCS) and the Greek ESYD certification body develop CE certification business in China; this time the Greek ESYD certification body carried out on-site audit supervision and audit of China Classification Society for ISO9001 quality management system. China Shipbuilding Corporation selected Elleco Yachts as the simulation audit unit.
Established in 2007, Elleague Yachts has exported more than 60 yachts of more than 40 feet in Europe and obtained CE certificates. In early 2012, it passed the Quality Management System Certification of China Classification Society (CCSA) and passed the China Classification Approved by the company factory.
The audit is based on ISO9001 quality system standards and CE certification standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and company management system documentation. China Classification Society (CCS) and the Greek ESYD certification body have covered all doors, the whole process, and the full-term coverage audit, focusing on the company's quality, safety, environmental management system operation, production and operation plan achievements and on-site management status.
At the last meeting on November 26, the audit team affirmed the company's management system operation and praised the improvement in sales performance, refined assignments, quality real-name system, and information management of Elleague Yacht Company. It is pointed out that in the context of the current company's production speed-up, the department needs to strengthen internal management, especially to pay attention to the planning and coordination in the early stage of production, risk assessment of new process engineering methods, site safety management, and other aspects to reduce operational risks.
Finally, the China Classification Society (CCS) and the Greek ESYD certification body announced that the simulation audit was a complete success.
