· Construct a two-story building with an area of 150 square meters on the east side of the long side of the riverside plot as a club and maintenance center. The first floor part is used as a maintenance center to handle the daily maintenance work of the yacht and the indoor storage of the yacht (the mechanical lifting facilities can be stacked to store the small boat). The second floor serves as a club for member activities and exchanges, with restaurants and conference halls.
· An open-air yacht display area with a length of 70 meters in the middle of the riverside plot near the south is set up, which can display 10-15 yachts from 6 meters to 10 meters.
· Borrow the original track as the foundation to construct the self-propelled frame crane facility to prepare the boat for lifting up and down during the flood season.

The trestle design is a key facility for berthing and mooring of the yacht dock, which involves safety considerations for yacht berthing. Based on the original pontoon wharf and the two rail wharves, it is rebuilt into a modern yacht wharf. It has advanced floating trestles, mooring equipment for mooring yachts, and night lighting. After the construction is completed, several large luxury yachts with a length of more than 20 meters and dozens of small and medium-sized yachts can be moored, making it a spectacular yacht marina on the river bank.
